   船隊一直停泊於安平港，補給完畢還是沒有啟航的意圖；據稱是等待朝廷的命令；武雨出發時已經感覺京城人心之浮動、謠言四起、、；其實進京一路上武雨早看出不對勁，盜匪四起、民不聊生、、、四時天災不斷，皇帝又好大喜功，荒淫無道、、又連年爭戰、、人心深不可測、、水可載舟，亦可覆舟、、；萬民之心、天子之心、、；武雨想「人心惟危，道心惟微，惟精惟一，允執厥中」，就順其自然、順勢而為。
   
   病一好，年輕氣盛的武雨當然要上岸遊歷一番；林友直、林友諒、林友恭是大船主林淵海的三個兒子，大船主乃是海盜起家、歸服朝廷後，策封西海水軍提督，帳下有水師數萬人，大船三百，小船九百，魚舟數千受其指揮調度；此番西海之行，明為取藥實為探路，林淵海本為海上豪傑，自有其雄心壯志的考量；此行原定少則三個月多不過六個月；是為尋求鄰邦支持而出海、、；大兒子林友直正好帶兩個弟弟出海磨練一番。

   
   林友直、林友諒船務繁忙，幼弟林友恭與武雨感情最好；取得大哥林友直的同意，約定好三天後船隊啟航，武雨終於要上岸了。天色微暗、輕風、細雨、、、。走了吧！上岸後就知道自己將來的路。武雨終於要開始他的青春故事。
