1982年10月1日协会煤炭保险条款（Institute Coal Clause 1/10/82）
   这些条款取代了陈旧过时的名为“煤炭运输保险条款”(Clauses on Coal Shipment)的非协会格式条款。
   
   第1条 风险条款（Risks Clause）
   1 This insurance covers, except as provided in Clauses 4,5,6 and 7 below,

    本保险承保，除下列第4，5，6和7条规定之外者
   1.1 loss of or damage to the subject-matter insured reasonably attributable to
    可合理归因于下述原因引起的保险标的的灭失或损害
   1.1.1 fire explosion or heating, even when caused by spontaneous combustion, inherent vice or nature of the subject-matter insured
    火灾、爆炸或发热，即便是由保险标的的自燃、固有缺陷或性质造成的
   1.1.2 vessel being stranded grounded sunk or capsized
    船舶搁浅、擦浅、沉没或倾覆
   1.1.3 collision or contact of vessel with any external object other than water
    船舶与水以外的任何外部物体碰撞或触碰
   1.1.4 discharge of cargo at a port of distress
    在避难港卸货
   1.1.5 earthquake volcanic eruption or lightning,
    地震、火山爆发或闪电
   1.2 loss of or damage to the subject-matter insured caused by
    由下列原因造成的保险标的的灭失或损害
   1.2.1 general average sacrifice
    共同海损牺牲
   1.2.2 jettison or washing overboard
    抛弃或浪击落水
   1.2.3 entry of sea lake or river water into hold container or place of storage.
   海水、湖水、或河水进入船舶、船舱、集装箱或贮存处所

   这些条款与协会货物保险条款相同。
   
   第4条 一般除外条款（General Exclusions Clause）
   4 In no case shall this insurance cover
    本保险在任何情况下均不承保
    4.1 loss damage or expense attributable to wilful misconduct of the Assured
    可归因于被保险人故意赎职的灭失、损害和费用
    4.2 ordinary leakage, ordinary loss in weight or volume, or ordinary wear and tear of the subject-matter insured
    保险标的的通常渗漏、通常重量或体积损失、或通常磨损
    4.3 loss damage or expense proximately caused by delay, even though the delay be caused by a risk insured against (except expense payable under Clause 2 above)
    近因是延迟造成的灭失、损害或费用，即便该延迟是由于某种承保险危险引起的（但根据上述第2条支付的费用除外）
    4.4 loss damage or expense arising from insolvency or financial default of the owners managers charterers or operators of the vessel
    因船舶所有人、经理人、承租人或经营人的破产或财物困境产生的灭失、损害或费用
    4.5 deliberate damage to or deliberate destruction of the subject-matter insured or any part thereof by the wrongful act of any person or persons
    任何人的非法行为对保险标的或其组成部分的故意损害或故意破坏
    4.6 loss damage or expense arising from the use of any weapon of war employing atomic or nuclear fission and /or fusion or other like reaction or radioactive force or matter.
    因使用原子或核裂变和/或核聚变或其他类似反应或放射性力量或物质所制造的战争武器产生的灭失、损害或费用。
   
   第5条 不适航与不适运除外条款
   本条措辞与协会货物保险条款相同，虽然无须涉及驳船、运输工具或集装箱。
   
   第6、7条
   第6、7条包括的战争与罢工除外条款与协会货物保险条款相同。
   
   第8条 运输条款（Transit Clause）
    8.1 This insurance attaches as the subject-matter insured is loaded on board the oversea vessel at the port or place named herein for the commencement of the transit, continues during the ordinary course of transit and terminates as the subject-matter insured is discharged overside from the oversea vessel at the destination named herein.
    本保险责任始于保险标的在载明的港口或地点为运输装上海船之时，在通常运送过程中持续，并终止于保险标的在载明的目的地卸离海船船舷之时。
    8.2 This insurance shall remain in force (subject to termination as provided for above and to the provisions of Clause 9 below) during delay beyond the control of the Assured, any deviation, forced discharge, reshipment or transhipment and during any variation of the adventure arising from the exercise of a liberty granted to shipowners or charterers under the contract of affireightment.
   在被保险人不能控制的迟延、任何绕航、强制卸货、重装或转运期间以及船东或承租人行使根据货运合同赋予的自由权产生的任何海上冒险变更期间，本保险将继续有效（但受制于上述规定的终止和下述第9条的规定。
   
   第9条 货运合同终止条款(Termination of Contract of Affeightment Clause)
   本条与协会货物保险条款第9条相似，除了在货运合同终止后，为了继续承保而迅速通知保险人的情况下，保险人同意持续承保的期间为15天，而在协会货物保险条款下则为60天。

   第10至第19条的内容及在保险单格式底部的注意事项与协会货物保险条款完全一致。
