（参与2012年6月22日讯）2012年6月20日，参与记者在美国纽约采访到受纽约茶叙激辩中国问题热播栏目的热心网友之托，正在向国际海牙法庭刑事检察官负责人，撰写起诉中国大陆腐败、专制、独裁的总代表胡锦涛的意见书的叶宁律师。

据叶宁先生说：“本来中共对六四事件平反应当在胡锦涛第四代完成，可是胡锦涛在其执政10年间，不仅不给六四死难者平反，而且在政治上大搞毛泽东的那一套，搞党专制独裁，给中国社会状况造成了很大的倒退，我们建议国际法庭起诉胡锦涛就是要为李旺阳这样的六四英雄，在中国无法找到司法公正的人讨个公道，这是纽约茶叙激辩中国问题的热心网友们的希望，也是全体有良知的中国人的希望，香港人民，甚至大陆的奴才香港特首曾荫权都为李旺阳之死发出来正义声音，我们在美国的自由社会的法律人，不能落后香港的同袍，我们要用《国际法》和具体的行动让中共明白，你不能有了钱就可以胡作非为，有了枪杆子就任意欺压百姓，中共这么多年做了那么多的坏事可是没有一人被国际法庭起诉，这不公平-------。请看叶宁的被采访录像和意见书全文。

Dear Ms. Bensouda:

First of all, the undersigned would like to express our heart felt congratulations for your being appointed by the ICC as the Chief Prosecutor.  We believe the office of the international prosecutors will carry on the glorious beacon of justice for the oppressed peoples through out the world under your leadership as well as your great moral influence.

By taking this opportunity, these undersigned are seeking an warrant and indictment from your office to summon Mr. Hu Jintao, the number one outgoing murderous communist dictator, to face international criminal justice under your morally courageous auspices, in order to hold him accountable for his anti-humanity crimes before and after he was handpicked by Deng Xiaoping, the notorious 1989 Beijing Butcher, to be the Secretary General of the Chinese Communist Party, an infamous ruling totalitarian thugocratic clique.

First of all, as the most recent development of gross human rights abuses in China, Mr. Hu Jintao,  the Secretary General of Chinese Community Party must be held responsible and accountable for the murder of Mr. Li Wang Yang, under the bloody hands of Chinese communist political security apparatus, in Shaoyang City, Hunan Province, China on June 6, 2012.  Mr. Li Wang Yang, before being killed, was a free labor activist in 1989 China’s nationwide pro-democracy uprising, and a founding member of China Democracy Party (CDP/DPC), a political opposition party,  having been jailed in prison for 22 years after 1989 Massacre.  Before being killed, Mr. Li was brutally and systematically tortured in jail cell.  As the severe and accumulated consequences of these tortures, Mr. Li had virtually lost ability to hear and became almost blind, and wheel-chaired.  His 1.83 meter height body was also shrunk into 1.73 meter. Mr. Li did not cease to fight his course of idealism after he received extremely brief freedom from imprisonment under police surveillance.  He received interviews from Hong Kong media and having exposed and denounced all conscience shocking torturous crimes of communist dictators and had these interview publicized in the international community and press.  Mr. Li became the target of Chinese security apparatus under Hu.  Apparently to prevent Mr. Li from becoming China’s 2nd Chen Guangcheng, or China’s second Liu Xiaobo, the Nobel Peace Laureate in prison, the communist Security apparatus murdered Mr. Li in Shaoyang, Hunan Province, on  June 6， 2012.

The Communist police authorities’ cold-blooded murder of Mr. Li under the former’s custody and monitoring under the auspices of CCP Secretary General Hu Jintao, has prompted national outcry, condemning such an wild provocation against freedom loving Chinese dissidents.  On June 11, 2012, 28 thousand Hong Kong residents from all walks of life gathered in front of the Chinese Liaison Office, out-crying for bringing justice back to the murder victim.  Even Mr. Ronald Tsang, Beijing endorsed the Chief Executive of Hong Kong SAR, has rebelled by demanding the Central Government of China to give 6 million Hong Kong residents a clarification for Mr. Li Wangyang’s sudden death.  Mr. Li Wangyang’s murder has apparently detonated an explosive nationwide protests.  The people’s power of protests through out China torched up by this political murder has been quickly growing.

Mr. Hu Jintao, as the number 1 leader of the ruling Chinese Communist Party must be held accountable for Li Wangyang’s political murder.  Additionally, Mr. Hu must also be responsible and held accountable for genocide crimes against Tibet Massacre during March 1989 in outrageous response to Tibetans peaceful protest.  Mr. Hu should also be held accountable for more than 44 immolation cases, mostly fatal, held by heroic Tibetan Buddhist monks and nuns in Tibetan areas in peaceful protests against Chinese communists’ ethnic oppression brutal reign; He should also be held accountable for continuing genocidal crimes targeting Falun Gong movement that has killed more than 3000 peaceful and innocent practitioners thus far during the time of peace.              

Dear Chief Prosecutor, when humanity and human virtue are threatened anywhere, they are threatened everywhere. These undersigned have all witnessed that the International Criminal Court (ICC) once courageously prosecuted such murderous criminal offender as Sudanese President Omar al-Bashir, a head of state in active duty, for 10 counts of crimes against humanity and war crimes under your auspices during your tenure as the Deputy Chief Prosecutor.  That landmark prosecution has re-written the history of international criminal justice with controversial stereotype  arising from monumentary Nuremberg trial: Victors justice over the losers in battlefield.  Starting from there, we have all witnessed that the ICC shows the world its credibility, legitimacy, moral inspiration and its beacon light of international criminal justice shining over every dark corner of the world even though such heinous and notorious defendant is still free and in power as of today.  these undersigned, respectfully pray that you use your sacred authority under Rome Treaty, and your great moral influence to intervene growing lethal human rights abuses in the “People’s Republic of China” under the totalitarian regime by the ruling Chinese Communist Party. We hope to see the reach of such a credible international criminal justice may be hopefully extending from Africa into Asia, from punishing harmful mosquitoes to harmful lethal dragons, under your leadership. We understand such a courageous mission may be full of challenges, yet it will glorify the statue of the International Criminal Court in the history of mankind.     

In the foregoing light, this undersigned respectfully prays that the ICC Chief Prosecutor’s Office under your auspices immediately start an official criminal investigation into Mr. Hu Jintao and his ruling Chinese Communist Party’s on-going crimes against humanity, as well as its crimes of genocide and torture, in the wake of politically motivated, extrajudicial killing of China’s free labor movement activist Li Wangyang.  The fate of enslaved Chinese Peoples, hence that of free mankind the rest of the world, is now at the historical turning point in between enduring survival or ultimate demise in the end.  The power of moral influence arising from such a justifiable official criminal investigation by the ICC under your auspices may well affect the ultra-sensitive balance towards common goods from our Creator overcoming Satanic Evils.

首先,以下签名人对于您被任命为支持国际刑事法庭诉讼的总检察长一事谨表达诚挚的敬意和祝贺。我们深信在你您领导以及在您的伟大的道德影响下，国际刑事法庭总检察长办公室必将成为正义的象征和被压迫人民的灯塔。

通过这个机会,我们在此向您呼吁，对于中国公民李汪洋可能遭到中共警察特务政治谋杀一案，敦请您的办公室出面立案，进行立即的刑事调查，对于即将离任的凶残的共产主义独裁者，由臭名昭著的1989北京屠夫邓小平亲手挑选的，现在即将离任的凶残的共产主义独裁者，中共中央总书记胡锦涛先生, 送交国际刑事法庭提起公诉。

首先,作为最近人权侵犯具有标志性意义的重大事件:李望洋在中国遭到政治谋杀，中共中央总书记胡锦涛先生必须为此负责。 李望洋于2012年6月8日死于中国湖南邵阳市, 死于双手沾满无辜人民鲜血的中共政保机构的监护中。李汪洋先生,被杀之前, 在1989年中国的全国性的民主运动中，是一个自由劳工运动活动家。后来成为中国政治反对党中国民主党(CDP / DPC)创始成员之一。基于政治和意识形态原因, 李汪洋先生被关押在监狱服刑长达22年之久。在被杀害之前,李先生在监狱遭到残酷的和有计划地虐待。李汪洋先生长期遭受酷刑的严重后果造成他在出狱时几乎完全丧失了听力,而且几乎失明,并且不良于行，高度残疾。他身高1.83米的身体也缩小到1.73米。李先生没有因此放弃他的理想主义信念，从未中止和为民主事业奋斗的历程。出狱后，李汪洋先生一直被置于中共特务警察的监控之下。他接受了来自香港的媒体采访并披露和谴责震撼人类良知的中共独裁者折磨政治犯的罪恶,公开在国际社会和新闻媒体揭露中共黑暗。李先生因此成为中共的眼中钉，肉中刺。显然是为了防范李先生成为中国的第二个陈光诚,或中国的第二个刘晓波 (诺贝尔和平奖得主, 现在监狱服刑。)

中国共产党警察当局“冷血谋杀李先生一案,引起举国强烈抗议,各界愤怒谴责这种针对热爱自由的中国持不同政见者的杀戮罪行。2012年6月11日,2.8万年香港各行各业的居民聚集在中国联络处,愤怒声讨这种野蛮的政治谋杀，为受害者声张正义。即使是他,罗纳德·曾荫权,北京所支持的香港特首，也史无先例地发出了反抗的声音,强烈要求中国的中央政府给600万香港居民对李望洋先生的突然死亡给出说法。对李先生的谋杀显然已经引爆了中共脚下的火山，引发全国性的示威活动。人民力量的抗议行将迅速发展成为席卷中共极权统治的冲天大火。

以胡锦涛先生为总书记的执政的中国共产党对李汪洋的政治谋杀必须受到追究。此外,胡锦涛先生还必须为发生在西藏大屠杀1989年3月的西藏大屠杀承担罪责。胡锦涛先生还应该为已经超过44个西藏和平抗议者的自焚事件,大部分是致命的,承担责任。英勇的藏传佛教僧侣和尼姑在西藏地区的和平抗议中国共产党对西藏的民族压迫的残暴统治。他也应该为至今仍然在继续中的针对法轮功修炼者的种族灭绝罪行负责。中共针对法轮功的暴行已造成3000多人死亡。
